Last Minute Bookings: Do you accept last minute bookings?
Depending on the nature and scale of your event it may or may not be possible. Some events require proper consultation, resource planning and extensive setup needs. If its a small to intermediate request within 72 hours and 5 days within minimal needs then yes, if the calendar event date is open we can accept the last minute booking request.
If we rent AV equipment for delivery and set-up, do you pick up soon after the event ends or next day?
CBS Audio Visual Services provides on-time post-event AV equipment dismantling and pick-up services. We always encourage the host to make proactive pre-arrangements with the venue to account for adequate time requirements to clean out AV equipment in a safe manner.
